Returns Exchanges

Sensocase is committed to providing the best experience for our customers, thus we understand sometimes a return will be necessary to ensure your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a money back guarantee. Should you wish to return any purchases please follow these simple steps to expedite your return and refund.

  • Please contact us at help@sensocase.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reasons for wishing to return the products in question. (Additionally any other information such as pictures as to the issue with our product are very helpful also.) 
  • Ensure that all returns are enclosed in their original packaging with all components present. Products not returned in original packaging or missing components will be subjected to a minimum 5 USD restock fee.
  • Please ensure that Sensocase has responded before shipping any products for a return, items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.
    In all cases, unless specified otherwise by Sensocase staff, shipping fees on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
    All products will be refunded in the manner of payment. This may cause a slight delay in refund depending upon bank policies and other unforeseeable situations.

*To ensure receipt of returned merchandise we highly recommend adding tracking/delivery confirmation to any packages you return.
*Items contained in a bundles must be returned with all other items from the bundled discount package. Any items not returned will be converted to full purchase price and any refunds will be issued after the adjusted total.
*Promotional and Clearance items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
